Spring has sprung and time has flown by so quickly. The past three months have kept me busy and have been filled with writing for various outlets, filming videos for Crush On This and Wine Weirdos, and hosting virtual tastings.
I am excited to announce that the podcast I host, Wine Soundtrack, recently received three awards!

AND, Wine Soundtrack is a finalist in three categories of the Taste Awards, a lifestyle and entertainment media company. The Taste Awards 2021 will take place April 12th!

Travel through time with WINECULT, Please The Palate, and Wine Weirdos to the “Old Old World”! Learn about wines from the countries that started it all! We started with Croatia and then traveled to Slovenia. There is still time to sign up for wines of Armenia, Georgia and Hungary!

A single class is $75, two classes are $72 each, three classes are $68 each.
Each country’s tasting bundle includes: 2 bottles of wine, tasting notes, a history of each variety, stories about the winemakers, and food pairings. You will receive the Zoom invite a couple days before each class.
If you are in California, you can order by the Monday prior to the event date. If you are outside of California, please order two Wednesdays before the event date.

Forgotten Grapes Wine Bundle and Virtual Tasting
There are more than 3500 wineries in California. That is a lot of wineries. Many of these wineries are small, family-owned businesses making anywhere from 500-5000 cases. At Please The Palate, owner Allison Levine loves to seek out these small producers and introduce them to friends through stories and events. Please The Palate is partnering with Chris Kern of Forgotten Grapes to bring you the best boutique wine bundle deals from California’s Central Coast every month! These are not wines that you will find at your local wine shop or restaurant.
Each month features a different winery. The wine bundle includes 4 wines for $100 + tax ($150 value). Delivery is free and contact-less to people living in Southern California. If you live beyond Southern California, wines can be shipped – $25 in California and $30 outside of California to Western States (AZ, NV, OR, ID). Additional states, please contact us.
April Bundle: 4 wines from Piazza Family Wines in the Santa Ynez Valley and Virtual Tasting with winemaker Gretchen Voelcker on Thursday, April 15th.
March Bundle: 4 wines from Lapiane Wines in Santa Ynez Valley and Virtual Tasting with winemaker Alison Thompson on Thursday, May 13th.
