When I say Bordeaux, you think wine, right? But, now you can also think cocktails! L’Alchimiste is Bordeaux’s first classic cocktail bar. Open less than a year, it was voted in the TOP 50 most influential French Bars 2014. L'Alchimiste Bordeaux L’Alchimiste is owned by Clement Sargeni and Roman Bruxer. Both barmen are originally from Paris. With Bordeaux’s vibrant nightlife and young energy, it was the perfect city to introduce to classic cocktails and molecular mixology. With antique furniture, such as wooden tables, velvet sofas and desk laps, that have been collected at flea markets, garage sales and the homes of grandparents, it is a small, quiet and relaxed environment reminiscent of the 1920s and will appeal to everyone.
