Mexico City had long held a coveted spot on my travel wish list. I was most interested in the food scene. I had heard nothing but good things about the food in Mexico City and wanted to explore it for myself. So, I finally planned a trip. Of course, there were far more places on my list than what we could actually attack in four days. But we managed to eat our way around Mexico City which I wrote about for Monarch.wine entitled A Foodie’s Adventure in Mexico City. Mexico City offers a vast selection of food options, form fine dining to street food and we covered a little of it all! One tour was of the neighborhood of Santa Maria La Ribera. The other tour was a market tour  in Xochimilco.
