When you head to Santa Barbara to go wine tasting, where do you go? Do stay in downtown Santa Barbara and go to the Funk Zone? Do you head into wine country and spend time in Los Olivos, Solvang, or in the Sta. Rita Hills? What about Santa Maria? The Santa Maria Valley is on the northern perimeter of Santa Barbara County, adjacent to the Santa Ynez Valley. It will take a little longer to get there but it is worth it as six wineries are waiting to welcome you!
