Paso Robles Inn Steakhouse

Paso Robles Inn Steakhouse has been a favorite place for locals and visitors for more than 50 years, but their history dates even further back. Sitting on top of natural sulfur springs, the El Paso de Robles Hotel was opened in 1891. Built in the Victorian style, the hotel stood as a fortress in the small town of Paso Robles  and was the destination of the day. But, the golden era of the El Paso de Robles Hotel and Hot Springs came to an end after a major fire in 1940 burned down everything except the Grand Ballroom.
