28 Dec New Winter Cocktail Menu at Drago Centro
Drago Centro launched their new Winter Cocktails menu tonight, just in time for the new year. The menu, created by Bar Manager Jaymee Mandeville, is perfect for the chilly nights that we have been having in LA.
Fated Seeds – Nolet’s Gin, House-made Persimmon Shrub, Miracle Mile Bergamont Bitters, Basil, Soda Water – Bright and refreshing with a little tartness, it was a perfect cocktail to start the night.
Grimhilda – Laird’s Bonded Apple Brandy, House Infused Chipotle Honey, Pama, Lemon – Similar to my favorite Jack Rose, there was a slight sweetness and could have used a little more lemon.
Silver Screen Quotations – 123 Blanco Tequila, House-made Thai Chili/Cinnamon Syrup, Lime, Red Bell Pepper, Mint – Balanced with a gentle kick of heat at the end, I especially loved the saffron salt rim
Western all’Italiana – High West Double Rye, House-made Cranberry/Oregano Molasses, Cointreau, St. Elizabeth All Spice Dram, Fresh Apple – My favorite drink of the night – great spice and depth, perfect balance.

Storsjon- Karlsson’s Vodka, Ramazotti, Dimmi, Lime, Peychaud’s Bitters, Rambutan
Dead Man’s Tale – Wray and Nephew Overproof Rum, Bombay Gin, Bertagnolli Grappa, Oloroso Sherry, Orgeat, Lemon, Bitterman’s Amer Nouvelle, Orange Juice, Galliano Mist
Rode Duivel – Bols Genever, St. Maria Al Monte Amaro, Miracle Mile Sour Cherry Bitters
Breaking Castagne – Hardy VSOP Cognac, Sombra Mezcal, House-made Italian Chestnut Syrup, Bitter Truth Mole Bitters, Egg White, Fresh Nutmeg
Eve’s Demise – Black Grouse Scotch, Brillet Pear Cognac, House-made Hibiscus Apple Cider, Maple Syrup
Remedy X – Blackbush Bushmill’s Whiskey Infused With Rosemary, House Infused Ginger Agave, Lemon
