The Langhe, a hilly subregion region in the Cuneo province of Piedmont (Piemonte), is home to the famous Barolo region. In Barolo, the red grape Nebbiolo is king. But in the 1990s, the white grape Nas-Cëtta (or “Anascetta”) was rediscovered and today it is considered one of the great whites of the Langhe.
