Life is a Cabernet, be it Cabernet Sauvignon or Cabernet Franc. Cabernet Sauvignon may be more widely recognized than Cabernet Franc but we love both of these grapes. Cabernet Sauvignon produces dark colored and highly tannic wines, full in body and rich in dark berries while Cabernet Franc is lower in tannins but still acidic, with savory, floral and herbal aromas.
