Three Pickles Deli

By day, Three Pickles Subs and Sandwiches is a popular deli in downtown Santa Barbara, with a second location in Goleta.  Lunch is served daily from 11am – 3pm and next door is the recently opened the Pickle Room, a classic cocktail bar next door.

And at night, Three Pickles turns into a sushi bar. It seems a bit odd to have sushi in a deli but why not?  The deli is closed after lunch which means that the space is unused at night. A curtain cuts off half of the deli and along the counter, a sushi bar has been set up. There is seating for 20 people and Chef Ryoji is being the bar, with assistance from his wife.
