About Souleil Vin de Bonté

Souleil Vin de Bonté was founded by longtime friends Marianne Fabre-Lanvin and Thomas Delaude. They spent their childhood summers surfing and shucking oysters in the sun-drenched wine region of southern France along the Mediterranean Sea. Both followed their own paths in the wine world and eventually started to dream about making a wine that embodied the feel of an endless summer. That is how the Souleil Vin de Bonté wine line was created. It is a partnership between Thomas, Marianne and her husband Nico.

The beach plays a central role to the three of them. Marianne grew up on the beach by the Mediterranean, Thomas is a dedicated kite surfer, and Nico is a sailor who crossed the Atlantic twice! The beach is an inspiration to the Souleil Vin de Bonté brand. The wines are vegan and organic (certified by ECOCERT) and the packaging is sustainable. They use recyclable dry materials (all printed materials such as labels, boxes, etc.) and the lightest glass bottles. In addition, a percentage of their profits supports organizations protecting one of our most valuable resources: the ocean. If that is not reason enjoy to enjoy these wines, then the fact that they are fresh and delicious will seal the deal.

Food Pairing

The Souleil Vin de Bonté Le Rouge is an easy-drinking wine and also easy to pair with food. This is a wine you can easily enjoy any day of the week. Put a chill on it and enjoy it with an outdoor picnic or a day at the beach. I enjoyed this wine with grilled chicken and steak. The wine had enough body to pair with the meat without overpowering it.
