On the nose: citrus zest, white flowers, spring fresh.

Palate: Pear, green apple, grapefruit, honey finish.

Appellation: Happy Canyon of Santa Barbara County

Brix at Harvest: 21.2

Aging: 8-hours skin contact.

Foot stomped. Fermented in stainless steel. Aged on the lees for 6 months; neutral barrels. Full Malolactic Fermentation.

Production: 208 cases made.
