What do we mean by the “Old Old World”? We mean the countries where the very first wines were made! We’ll be tasting indigenous varieties (gapes that first originated from these countries) while you learn all about how wine first came to be and how far it has come.

Travel through time with WINECULT, Please The Palate, and Wine Weirdos to the “Old Old World”! This 5 part virtual wine tasting series will teach you all about wines from the countries that started it all: Croatia, Slovenia, Armenia, Georgia, and Hungary!
