Wine & Spirits magazine 13^th Annual Top 100 tasting event will take place Monday, October 10^th, at San Francisco’s City View at METREON. The popular consumer and wine trade event, which benefits San Francisco Baykeeper, will feature over 200 top-scoring wines from producers who have earned the highest ranking from the magazine’s critics during a year of blind tastings by the editorial staff, guest sommeliers and retailers.

Along with the sips, attendees at the Top 100 tasting event on October 10^th will have the opportunity to sample food from restaurants on the magazine’s elite SF50, including: 1760, A16, Absinthe, À Côte, Barrel Room SF, Bellota, Cotogna, Foreign Cinema, Hillside Supper Club, RN74 and Smokestack. Artisan purveyors, including Dandelion Chocolates, Firebrand Artisan Breads, Hog Island Oyster Co., O’Cacao Chocolate, Point Reyes Cheese Company, Powder Shaved Snow, Ritual Coffee Roasters, Sour Flour, Tomales Cheese Stand and Trou Normand will provide a selection of cheese, snacks and sweets.

Wineries named to the Top 100 list for 2016 will be announced on September 14^th via the magazine’s website. Wine & Spirits produces the Top 100 tasting event annually for its beneficiary, San Francisco Baykeeper, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to protect, preserve and restore the ecological integrity and productivity of the San Francisco Bay.
